UNBOXING AND CUSTOMER CARE: THE CLIENTS SPEAK
Our customers' reviews speak for themselves: unboxing is always a moment of joy! The order is processed quickly, the product is delivered to the floor (thanks to the couriers!), well-protected by the packaging, and... ready to amaze upon opening. One recurring observation is: “It’s even more beautiful in person than in the photos!” This is because, despite the images we use being always photographic shots (and not renders), it’s always impressive to see the sensory effect of the sincroporo finish: the wood grain is three-dimensional, visible to the naked eye and felt by touch. Additionally, the products have a substantial weight because the structure is solid and robust. Our customer care is always vigilant and attentive, ready to provide support if needed and ensure that the product meets expectations.

What materials are the products made of? Our products are made from MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard), a high-quality wood fiber panel. The panel is covered with a decorative wood-effect finish that simulates grain and texture: the technology used is sincroporo, a film with optimal performance for both aesthetics and durability. The wood effect is very realistic, the wood grain is visible and felt by touch. The coating is tested to be stain-resistant, scratch-resistant, water-resistant, and fade-resistant.
Is it possible to have a different finish from those available? Our range of finishes is very broad and designed to cater to a variety of styles and needs. We do not customize products further since the available combinations allow for many possibilities. Our collections feature different finishes to help you choose and provide more options: if you're in doubt, we're available to help you select the finish that best suits your environment or integrates harmoniously with your existing decor.
Do you also make custom mirrors? We have designed various mirror solutions to make them as versatile as possible and not require further customizations: they can be hung on the wall either vertically or horizontally using hooks, or placed on the floor with or without brackets, in either orientation. Our collections offer different sizes to guide you in your choice and give you more options: if you're in doubt, we’re available to help you choose the most suitable solution for your needs.
Is shipping free? What are the delivery times? Shipping is always free in Italy and Europe and is carried out with express courier. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the order date. Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 – a maximum of 48 working hours, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
Are there hooks for hanging the mirror on the wall? Each mirror comes with double fittings, both for wall mounting and floor placement. It can also be placed simply on the floor, but we suggest securing at least one of the two fittings, especially for the safety of children, elderly people, and pets. The mirror also has fittings for both vertical and horizontal mounting. Wall plugs are not included as they vary based on wall type.
