Returns and Refunds

If you have any doubts or need assistance with your purchased products please contact our Customer Service Department by writing to ordini@arhome. it. If you would like a telephone contact, please specify this in the email including your contact details: we will call you back as soon as possible. In the case of a different or defective product, you can replace it with the same article, if in stock, or ask for a refund. Contact our Customer Service Department by writing to within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. We will organise collection with one of our couriers and provide you with all the directions. In this case, ARHome will reimburse you for the cost of the item and will shipping costs.
