If you have any doubts or need assistance regarding the purchased products, contact our Customer Service by writing to ordini@arhome.it. If you would like a phone contact, please specify it in the email by including your contact details: we will call you back as soon as possible. In case of a non-conforming or defective product, you can replace it with the same item, if available in stock, or request a refund. Contact our Customer Service by writing to ordini@arhome.it within 14 days from the delivery date of the order. We will arrange for a pickup with our courier and provide you with all the instructions. In this case, ARHome will refund you the cost of the item and will cover the shipping costs.
